Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving it.

Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, undamaged and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals and included parts.

  • You must provide proof of purchase or your order number.

To start a return, please contact us through our Contact page. Do not return any products before receiving return instructions and confirmation from us.

Unless the product is defective, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the product is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the problem

  • Clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging

If the claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement, refund or another suitable solution at no additional cost to you.

Non-returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products that have been used, installed, modified or damaged after delivery

  • Products missing their original packaging, accessories or components

  • Personalised or specially ordered products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final-sale products where legally permitted

  • Products that cannot be returned for health, hygiene or safety reasons after opening

Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order before it has been processed or fulfilled. Once the order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must be returned according to this policy.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation if order processing has already started.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been approved. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the product was damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise required by applicable law.

Exchanges

If you would like a different product, the quickest option is to return the original item and place a new order after your return has been approved.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

Customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from an eligible distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason, subject to the exceptions established by applicable consumer protection law.
